Earlier in the summer Simon told me he couldn't choose a favorite between swimming, running and biking. I shared that he was in luck, triathlons were a sport that required all three! Coach Colt found out that Benjamin and I were trying to find a race for Simon to participate in. He kindly offered to help shadow Simon in a the Lumberjack sprint triathlon in Williamsport. Simon had a great time and really held his own. It was fun to watch him set the pace with a smile on his face for most of the race (the river water was cold)!!
