Here are some images of the past week. We had unseasonably high temperatures here and it was wonderful (despite a little early-April sunburn)! This year I helped to make several loaves of bread for the Maundy Thursday dinner. I recently learned a great technique for making bread and it was definitely put to the test on Thursday! I couldn't help but take a picture of all those loaves together.
We invited four lovely LHU students for Easter dinner. The ladies are taking a semester here through an exchange program with their university in Korea. It was such a joy to share a meal with the girls and watch as they tried mashed potatoes and deviled eggs (among other things) for the first time. Lima brought homemade beef Bolgogi to share, which was sooooo tasty!
