Josie has started a creative movement class with Kids in Motion at Two Sisters Healing Arts Center. It is hands down the highlight of her week. She is the youngest in the class, but has some older friends who have taken her under their wing. Her very smart teacher is connecting movement with sounds, animals, weather, etc. versus starting off with memorizing the feet positions, the perfect plie, etc.
By far, the most entertaining, fabulous part of the class is just showing up to see what the girls are wearing for the day. The glitter, the tutus, the headbands, etc. is so bizarrely, ridiculously endearing. And sooooo girlie.
