On Thursday the family participated in Acorn's Thanksgiving feast. Simon's class and teacher (along with a few parent-helpers) cooked a full-out traditional meal which included three birds. Unbelievable. The decorations were wonderful and all child-made. It was a great opportunity to meet some new families and to watch Simon interact with his new classmates. I love the turkey-gourd!
